Return Policy

Time Frame

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Process

  1. Initiate the Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@smartydeals.co.uk or use the Returns Form on our website. Provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

  2. Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label. Affix the label to the package, ensuring it is visible and securely sealed.

  3. Drop off the Package: Drop off your package at the nearest Royal Mail or DPD drop-off location. You can find the nearest drop-off points on the Royal Mail and DPD websites.

  4. Return Shipping Cost: If you’ve changed your mind about the item, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the merchant.

  5. Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7] business days.

Exchange Policy

Wrong Item or Size

If you received the wrong item or size and need an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@smartydeals.co.uk. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and arrange for a replacement to be sent.
